Is cover charge transparency at bars an issue?
Yes. Patrons can’t make an informed decision without knowledge of different bars’ cover charges.
Yes. Cover can change mid-line without patrons knowing.
No. The status quo is fine. Just go to another bar if you object to a given one’s transparency.
