Here's the facts, I can be pulled over and ticketed in my 2000 pound ultra safe vehicle for not wearing a seatbelt. Then I can immediately drive home, park my ultra safe car and get onto my 250 pound ultra dangerous motorcycle, driving right back past the same police officer who just ticketed me and that cop can say nothing to me. If people cannot see the ridiculousness described in the above scenario then they are either extremely naive or intentionally blind! I wear my seatbelt 100% of the time and I definitely believe that children should have to wear them by law but when it comes to a adult driver, I believe it should be up to them.

I hate to tell everyone this, but just because you wear your seat belt doesn't mean you won't get a ticket. I'm the perfect example. I've religiously worn one & even has my life saved by one. Still got a ticket...
I've decided this law is too subjective & is probably just another way to make money.
If someone doesn't want to wear a seat belt this law probably doesn't make a difference to them.
It doesn't effect anyone other than the individual & certainly not the other drivers on the road. Perhaps all adults should be allowed to make their own choice.
