my family owns a few restaurants in NYC and I can honestly tell you that voliations of the DOH are often very, very trivial. Things such as a walk-in box being 60 degrees instead of 58 or liquor bottles being too close to the ground... etc... If you have enjoyed this restaurant before, do not forsake it- the Heights needs businesses like this- so much of Henry St is such a blight right now.
