Just look at news coming out of buffalo obviously the Attica chief failed at his last job now he comes up with the idea to terrorize our youth because he and graham have no clue. the officer in this case targets young girls I told my wife months before this when he pulled my daughter over for a second time saying the car they were driving fit description of stolen auto and the plate number was off by a digit ,right. he is a professional plate reader he could not see it did not match. this policy should stop. If graham thinks it is right when his child calls some one a name send him out to set up drug deals or hang your uniform in closet and go join a street gang and turn them in. you are the one being paid by the people of attica to do this, not to harass our youth.
