"No. Holder’s decision is a terrible error in judgment." Your statement in the option is too generous. This is a deliberate choice to further Obama and the left radicals agenda of destroying and remaking the country while at the same time further smearing the previous administration.
The information revealed will further expose the USA to more attacks.
There is also a possibility the terrorists will go free because of alleged torture and no Miranda rights before interrogation.

This will be a circus. It will go on and on over a period of years, provide KSM with a platform to proselytize, involve needless exposure of American citizens to terrorism, and cost tens of millions of dollars, maybe hundreds of millions. It would appear to be geared more toward prosecuting the CIA and the Bush administration than KSM. This should have gone to trial years ago with a military tribunal. Why this didn't occur I do not know. Lastly, I am disgusted with this administration, their constant whining, blaming Bush for anything and everything, bowing and apologizing. Stop apologizing for me. STOP IT and STOP BOWING. As Charlie Brown says.....Good Grief!
