America, what have we done electing this inexperienced president letting him change the basic principles of the founding fathers. this is a joke. Right? If the gitmo detainees are brought to the USA for a civil trial,
in reality they should be released as soon as they are brought before the judge for arrangement. 1st they were never afforded Miranda rights, this is the core of our legal system of innocent until proven guilty. 2nd the bulk of evidence collected on them came about through investigative methods not used in any civil legal proceeding. So unless this is our governments attempt to set a precedence on Miranda rights ,making it no longer a requirement of law enforcement to give Miranda rights, and subject the American people to live under the new law of the land guilty until proven innocent, we should reject this dangerous act from happening before its too late, Washington give us our country back, signed USAF RET
