I think the new visa requirement for citizens of Mauritius visiting South Ireland (ROI) is :



pointless because there is no land border control with North Ireland (U.K), visa-free area for visit up to 6 months

xenophobic because it is not justified by security or illegal immigration issues

a good measure to limit visit and immigration of citizens of Mauritius to South Ireland (ROI)

harassement for the citizens of Mauritius living in South Ireland (ROI) who will need a re-entry visa every time to come back home
