The shooters relative told what a nice guy he is and that "he doesn't even like to go the firing range". It that is so what is he doing in the Army? I don't get it. And that question wasn't asked of them!

There are alot of witnesses, and he was wounded in the act of the commision of the crime. therefore alleged, is not required.

Everyone turns a blind eye until the unfortunate happens. Now we have more suffering families to pray for tonight. Islam is a hateful religion. Lawyers and journalists are obligated to use the darn word. We don't like "alleged" ; as a matter of fact, "shooter" is lame too. ISLAMIC TERRORIST satisfies me.

I voted drop the "alleged...", however with my legal background, I struggled with the two choices and finally said drop the alleged for this forum, but was really hard for me to pick between the two choices as they were worded...so in this forum, I say "shooter"!!

Alleged is a stupid word in most instances. How many eye witnesses do you need to stop saying alleged? He only has rights because of the blessings of the United States of America. Otherwise, he should be interrogated extensively, as soon as he becomes conscious, and then allowed to meet his maker, quickly. Not merciful enough for you? Tell it to the wailing and sobbing and screaming families left behind today.

I understand the man has been in the army since he left high school. They paid for his fine education for an undergraduate degree, a doctorate in psychology, then medical school (osteopathy, but whatever), and extended training, three or four more years, to specialize in psychiatry. All he has done while in the army appears to have been go to school, more school, and more school, on the taxpayers' dime, and while earning a fine salary.
