Your rating system does not go low enough. How about adding "total failure" or "abysmal"
The only campaign promise the president seems determined to keep is "health care", something the majority of Americans DO NOT WANT.

Agree wholeheartedly with RGB. Between spending, international embarrassment and weakness, and advancing socialism, I can hardly think of a term negative enough to apply to this man's performance in office. He is incompetent, way over his head, and has surrounded himself with knaves and fools.
