Should gay marriage laws always be decided by referendum?



Yes. The will of the people should always rule.

No. Marriage is right for all people. An election should not foster discrimination.

This way this questions is written is very misleading. The will of the people should not always rule, but in this case I do think a vote should be taken.

This question is just one example of how polls collect false information. A simple yes and no would have been enough. The leading commentary was unecessary.
