If you were in charge of the new land developments downtown, what would you focus on most?



Attractive retail space. People just won’t come downtown without interesting shops.

A grocery store. A reasonably-sized market will make downtown visits more practical.

Affordable apartments. If it’s going to feel “alive,” people need to actually live downtown.

Walkability. Walkable areas provide better exposure and an enticing sense of community.

Mixed use buildings. Mixing living, retail, and eating space creates a distinctive vibe.
