The emergence of Bing and Bing's partnership with Yahoo are among the biggest changes in search. How will having two players rather than three change our space?

Julie: It's good from a budget, targeting and volume standpoint. It will make the job a little easier.

Kristine: It's appropriate that the DOJ looked at the deal. It's going to be a good thing for agencies. The transition will be slow. I hope they merge the best of the best and not lose any good parts.

Andrew: I'd like to see something that turns the whole game on its head. The common assumption is that you can't beat Google but these things sneak up on you.

Sara: Ten years ago we may have been rooting to put a dent into Microsoft. A decade later and it's Google. Two may make our job easier. It could be good to see a newcomer in case offerings get stale.

Susan: We'll see Yahoo! go away and that market share is not all going to transfer to Bing. Microsoft wants it all to get momentum to run up against Google, but there's no passion for Microsoft.

Bruce: I think you're going to see that it's going to be a catalyst for more and more people to support Google and I think it might be a catalyst for Ask to come up quicker.
