On my Windows XP 1600x1200 display with IE8, there is a MAJOR screen glitch. The poll "form" is shown with the tickbox for "a" (Yes, it would have looked terrible) in completely the wrong place. On the other hand, "b" and "c" are displayed OK. I would therefore deduce this would render the results invalid if this glitch was repeated on other user's browsers.
