Should the state Division of Fisheries and Wildlife return the rogue alligator caught in Fall River Sunday to its Rhode Island owner?

A five foot alligator is NOT a pet--nor is it friendly enough if it escapes again. That gator belongs in a zoo, not in a person's home as a pet.
