    Most certainly !
If your job is paid by taxes the people paying those taxes have a right to know where their money is going.
If they do not like to answer to the people they should not be working in the public sector.
The People have a right to know !

Most certainly these records should be made PUBLIC as well as readily available. One thing that you can be sure of , is that the legislators will do everything in their power to block any access to their affairs if they can. They will most certainly spend an inordinate amount of their time and energy blocking access. Their time should be spent on enacting legislation to better represent the HONEST and hardworking citizens of The Commonwealth. But in the end , they are above the Law and they are the Holy Ones and accountable to no one , and will get their way , So Let It Be Written , So Let It Be Done.
