We will take it you mean non-therapeutic circumcision of newborn boys. If an adult man wants to have himself circumcised for any reason or none, that's his absolute right. (Hell, he can have the whole thing cut off if he wants.) But it's only a right he can exercise if he hasn't been second-guessed in infancy.
