Do you think the Afghan runoff election will be fair?

in afghanistan and iraq since american troupes and others evrythin is failin......and i think evrythin will fail until they leave

Legalize all drugs in all countries and people will be able to buy "a high" dirt cheap off any shelf in supermarkets and stores for pennies. No huge profits =
no market= no gain= no incentive all along from growers to consumers=end of Afghan calamity=troops finally come home where they belong.
Simple? Yes. All else is doomed to abject failure.
