Should rekkerd.org post on minor version updates (e.g. v1.0.2) ? (Poll Closed)

    Thanks everyone for voting and commenting. I appreciate the feedback.

    I will continue to post about these minor version updates as I see fit. Updates with just one or two small fixes/improvements are already posted in the comments of the original post so that should help.

    It's the job of the company to inform their customers about updates. Nearly all sold software must be registered via internet, so they have the email adresses. Only freeware should be mentioned.

    I usually find out small updates through THIS blog, even before my own software tells me there's an update! I would really like to see minor updates continue as I find them useful. Thanks a lot!

    sorry i forgot to add though that my original critique was related to minor updates of smaller programs.

    so for example, Ableton's new bugfixes for version 8 is relevant, whereas In A Silent Way is not.

    One type of post I do believe is better time used; is when a product is only being announced for future release but it's not currently available nor is there a demo ready not even a video demo. The [price] T.B.A... is especially pointless!
