When will you make the announcement?

Residing in Middletown, NY & being relatively familiar with economic & political conditions in New Jersey, it has appeared that for at least the last 2 or 3 decades, both dems & repubs have been running a 5-ring circus! However, I must hasten to add that--as a staunch 3rd party Independent for the past 5 decades--I feel that the "bread & circuses" has been going on for too long on ALL levels of government. (This is not to say that, considering every level of government, SOME decent dems & repubs do not exist. In fact, Ron Paul, although an avowed Libertarian, is a good Republican. Other examples may be found, wherever, in both of the 2 major parties.) However, with regard to Chris Daggett, I saw only positives while perusing his website. I wish I lived in New Jersey, so I could gladly give him my vote!

After reviewing Chris Dagget's campaign site, I could not support his run for office. His views on Abortion and Gay rights while popular in todays society, they go against my values and beliefs.

I am Independent and would love to be able to vote for the independent party candidates at the national election, however something must be done to bring more name recognized candidates to all local, state and national levels. Now is the time. The american people are fed up with the political system as it now stands. I mean main stream people. Farmers, plumbers, electricians, the unemployed, the poor. What we do not need is professional politicians, bankers, lawyers, people with money. We are apathetic because we dont get to vote on issues, only people.

For thirty years I was a democrat (old school, blue dog...whatever!), then I saw Clinton on television in 1992...something in my head said do not trust this man...then Hillary was on...and that muse in my head said..."Above all do not trust this woman!" So...I was independent for two years then I bit the bullet and became a Republican...since 1994. Now it's 2009...a so-called Progressive Democrat now runs the country...after the dismal run by McCain...I through in the towel...decided I will remain a registered Republican but from now on I vote INDEPENDENT! We need more of them...Good luck Mr. Daggott.

The Star Ledger's endorsement of Chris Daggett is great news. I wish the republicans would stop the Bush/Rove Fear mongering. There is obviously a consensus that a vote for Daggett is not a vote for Corzine.

Daggett is the only viable candidate and there are many of this who are voting for him because we know he can win and is the only candidate who can change this state. The Star Ledger’s endorsement echoes and re-affirms that Daggett is a viable candidate and can win.

Furthermore, Daggett is now polling at 18% and there even rumors on that NYC Mayor Micheal Bloomberg will endorse Daggett. If Still think Daggett Can't win then read this to find out why your wrong. 11 Years ago Jesse Ventura was polling in the low teens, much lower than Daggett just three weeks before the election and he won.

We need people to get involved and spread the word about Chris Daggett.

Only voter's have the power to change the government. We must refuse to be held captive to the broken two-party system that has brought a plaque of scandal and corruption into our government by fear of voting for a third party. Its time to send a message to politicians in NJ and all across the country Its time to end politics as usual.
