Been using Karmic since beta 4 or 5 on my laptop and I reckon I'll upgrade the desktop/server too soon after it gets released.
I especially enjoyed all the improvements to intel gfx.. for the first time since I bought this laptop almost a year ago I feel that linux is coming close to utilizing the hardware to it's full potential.

Absolutely. The alphas and the betas has been absolutely stunning. Every day something improves. The boot speed has improved dramatically, as well as the default theme and icons. Now it looks good in default install for the first time ever.

I work with UBUNTU Karmic since first beta and my computer was never so fast before - nothing to say more ;-)
