There needs to be a way that SLED Background checks are paid for by the Volunteer and then verified by the recipient through a faxback program with SLED. eg.
-Volunteer pays for and provides a print out of SLED background check
-Recipient(school, employer) gets a copy and faxes to SLED for verification
-SLED verfies faxed copy and submits a response.
