Yes. A free month of service and $100 in credit is a nice deal.

Yes. I have sympathy for the company in the data loss. This seems fair.

No. It shouldn't be credit; it should be cash. And a month seems like too little.

No. All this stuff is a pittance to the data they lost. They should have had a real backup. Users should sue.
