I think families who are more fortunate should pay for 1 additional child on a voluntary basis. Or if they don't have a child in school maybe pay the costs for as many as they could afford. Schools should set up a voluntary program along these lines so people could support this lunch program.
I think they should have the child stay after school and maybe help or ISS. But everyone that has car pays education school taxes,right. That should help pay some.
