TwitBird Pro is just super! It has groups as TweetDeck but does not constraint you with 8 or so of them and works way too faster than TweetDeck.

I agree with eckler, I use Twitterlator Pro as my main Tweeting App and qTwitter for quick Tweets. I have Simply Tweet to Push my DM's.
qtweeter is the best by far.... but twitteltor is a close second for full access to twitter pics
