This new proposed store will be on Rt 9. It's main customers will be commuters passing through. Most of those people probably don't even know that the stores on Weston Rd even exist. The people who currently shop at those stores will probably continue to shop there because who would want to deal with that Rt 9 traffic if they don't have to.
