Are buyers motivated by the $8000 tax rebate?



Yes, I have to buy before Nov. 30th. I'm taking my Free money.

Yes, I am using the money as a downpayment. I couldn't buy without the money.

A little - it got me looking seriously

Not really - A house is a big investment and the rebate is only about 1% of the purchase price.

Not at all - I think prices are going to drop.
