Should lawmakers who are being investigated by the Ethics Committee, be required to relinquish their committee posts until the investigation is complete?



Yes. A congressman under investigation should be not be allowed voting or leadership privileges.

No. A congressman under investigation should continue to serve on committees but they should not be allowed to vote.

No. A congressman under investigation still serves constituents, and must be allowed to serve with full privileges.

I'm not sure.
