Should the sale of dog fighting videos be protected by the First Amendment?



Yes. While horrific in nature, the videos clearly have educational value.

No. But I don’t think selling dog-fight videotapes is as severe a crime as staging the fights.

No. Dog fighting is a crime and videotaping the act should be treated the same.

I'm not sure.
