Should state legislators be taxed on per diem pay that for years was not included on their W2 forms?



No. It was the state's mistake, so legislators shouldn't now be charged for income from years ago.

Yes. Residents would be taxed for previously neglected income, no matter whose fault it was. Legislators should be no different.
