Who is most at fault for the Marlins missing the playoffs?

I believe that ownership is most responsible for not getting to the post season, also some mistakes by management like Johnson on 1b, instead of a good starting pitcher. Also said goodby to Hermina, Pinto, Miller, Nick Johnson,
Bonifacio, Nuñez, etc. And keep the rest of the team intact for next year. The money they will save from Hermida $2,250.00, Miller $2,450.00, Pinto $450,000, Nick Johnson $2,500.00o, Scott Proctor $750,000, and a few others $1,500.00 cover to increase Josh Johnson, Uggla, Cantu, Gload, Cody Ross, etc new salaries.
Regarding Fredi Gonzalez, I don't like him for many mistakes and other bad
decisions, but he cannot do more with the players they put on his hand.
I used to be a season ticket holder, but was sick and tired of so many changes
and not money to keep a team able to go to playoff....You don't build a team championable in one year, unless you have a big bank account, but keeping the good players for several years will bring you a champion.
Let see what happen in the offseason and keep the fingers crossed that this
time around they understand, if they want 25,000+ fans on the stands almost
everyday, you need a winning team, and let the fans know that you are for REAL. And if Loria don't want to put more money in the payroll, look for a partner with interest and money to keep a wining team.
