I downloaded V3.31 specifically for the boot time defrag feature. It isn't working! It goes as far as 'Analysing', then exits, to XP boot sequence.
I like UltraDefrag but am thinking of unistalling it simply because I don't want my Context Menu to contain [--- Ultra Defragmenter ---] . I think the Context Menu U_Defrag item should be Optional!
Also I am not sure why UltraDefrag installs in the WINNT directory instead of allowing the user the option of installing it where he or she wants e.g. Program Files/userChoicenameDirectory/UltraDefrag
Finally, I think the Option to Shutdown After a Job should maybe not apply to the job Analyse since this is a quick job. Most users 99.9% of the time will want to select Shutdown After a Job because they are doing a long Defrag and want to do it when they can go off and do something more interesting than wait around so as to be able to shutdown the computer when it has finished!
Just my pennyworth ... or ruble worth ;) ...

Sick of context menu? Just remove following keys with regedit and you're done.
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\udefrag]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\udefrag]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Folder\shell\udefrag]
Optionally remove context to drives in explorer if also annoying.
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\udefrag]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Drive\shell\udefrag]
