What group is most responsible for ensuring the school Recover Plan is a success?

The same greedy individuals that screwed up the education system to begin with. The Teachers Union.

Teachers as individuals are fine, as a collective bargaining group they are awful. Always wanting to do less, get paid more. Always insisting we need more teachers. Pay us more and your kids will be smarter is their claim. Statistic prove them wrong. They waste time with Spanish in the class room. They don't even work an 8 hour day. Simply lazy compared to employees of other professions.

I propose they do a better job or get fired. We could go out to bid for a school year or two. See if private teachers are a less expensive route that do a better job.
