Hootsuite is the only twitter client I use. It is the best for multiple accounts, handles feeds, has fairly rich stats and has one of the best URL shorteners around built in.
Got to be Nambu for me, everything else pales in comparison !
Twitterfox
DestroyTwitter 2.0 will destroy them all.
I used TweetDeck but now I am using Mixero. It has some powerful features and I find it better than TweetDeck
It's new, but I'm loving tweetmixx.com.
I am using Seesmic but am thinking of switching to Tweetdeck b/c I didn't realize that you can monitor Facebook , Myspace and Twitter on Tweetdeck. You can't monitor Myspace on Seesmic.
I love TwitterGadget because it embeds itself in Gmail conceals my Twittering at work!
Twitter = Seesmic + Twitter.com + Spaz + Tweed
Twhirl.
Simple, compact, feature rich and malleable window.
I love peoplebrowsr.com

I run three accounts and I have Hootsuite open in a browser tab all the time. It offers much the same functionality as Tweetdeck, without having yet another app running.
twitscoop is the best
Twinbox is great for those who use Outlook for email. It downloads tweets to Outlook so they can be read along with your email. I have Outlook open most of the day and check email regularly so it is easy for me to keep up with Twitter without having to open my browser and go to the website. You can also retweet or post new tweets from Outlook.
Your poll led me to look at a couple I didn't know about, but HootSuite still gets my vote for multiple accounts and multiple computers.
I'm a big fan of Hootsuite as well. Multiple accounts in a browser window. Groups. Search functions.
Seesmic has upgraded again, nothing matches the French guy's Seesmic, this poll is wrong.
Hootsuite is the best twitter client.
I agree with the masses on this one, tweetdeck is kinda nice. The layout is awkward at first when changing from twitter.com. It's been very glitchie for me, but then again twitter and facebook can be too. However, it could be because I am running it on Vista. And that in itself is a whole other issue. ;)
