I voted for CDC Story #2 because it is set up well and the quote supports the story. One story had the time element towards the end of the story, another had a confusing quote and the lead in another story said that marriages last longer when they do not live together before marriage and then go into the statistic of divorces, which did not seem right.
I voted for #3 because out of the stories that were quoting the same statistics, I felt this article did the best job of being clear about what statement it was making. For example, #2 stated, "Additionally, researchers concluded that 43 percent of married couples break up within 15 years," the writer did not state if this number was for all married couples or couples that lived together before marriage.
I believe that the first story was put together the best and was the easiest to read and obtain information from.
