Is 10 years probation the right penalty for parents found guilty of assault and battery on their baby daughter, causing 18 fractures?

    That judge needs to be removed as this is the most craziest verdict ever

    this is an absolute travesty of justice. Who speaks for the innocents of the world? this child has no one in her defense and obviously is not able to speak for herself. Apparently this judge has no compassion for an innocent and defenseless infant. I can only pray that one day, these parents will be made to atone for what they have done be it here or on their judgement day.

    I agree with Laura. And perhaps the Ledger ought to reserve some space in it's obituary section for this deeply unfortunate child.

    10 years probation is not even close. The judge who made this decision should be put under judicial review.
