It would be better if they wouldn't have a new BJ's and lowes coming to the area where more traffic will be dorwn to the area specially in the winter

If I continue to sit in 30 minutes of traffic just to get out of CC I am going to scream!!!
Well if they had not closed down the right hand lane to RTE 3 South going up the original ramp it might have been better.
