Does President Obama's refusal to stop the investigation of alleged CIA interrogation abuses jeopardize the agency's ability to do its job?



Yes. CIA personnel cannot properly do their jobs if they fear recriminations from future administrations.

Yes. But an investigation is necessary to answer questions about whether agents acted improperly.

No. An investigation will ferret out and punish bad agents.
