The Generals of America do not run America, they work for it!
This battle front in Afghanistan is a powder keg ready to blow. America really needs to think about its postition within the global economic and social realms of this planet. America is not the police!
We are the innovators and example of how a peace filled society is supposed to operate!
We have weakened our stance militarily among the world and we have empowered small guerilla groups to challenge us as equals on any battle front.
Maybe our generals could have advised our represenatives a little better according to this outcome, instead of beating the battle drum of patriotism and rushing into lands so far away from our support and going in alone.
If that truly what has happened?
We have elevated small pesky bugs that will never change their beliefs or attitudes toward us, as equals to our global status.
We have become a reflection of the villains we despise!
Why should we even go down a road of self destruction ever again?
As far as I'm concerned, we have broken the oath WE make to our soldiers, America's sons and daughters who are so honest and brave to defend the honor of OUR country.
Bring em' home and let their knowledge and experience they have gained be taught to every school child or willing adult.
So that tomorrow will be better protected on OUR homeland and not somewhere else.
Their efforts already made are cherished and highly praised. They have done their duty to the fullest capability that any hero can be measured!
Bring them home so we can plan parades in their honor and show them that America has won with their sacrifices. Creating a possible change of the demeanor of today.
Give the generals more time to plan on how to create an aura that prevents fires, instead of scrambling to put out fires that are scattered across the most uninhabital and uncontrolable land on the face of this planet.
Give America more time to gain support of our friends abroad so together our arms can be made more successful!
Then invest and mass produce tomorrows super technology that can re-establish the might that America holds.
Creating jobs as a result!
I'm tired of the current conversation ignoring how important that we as America continue upon the display of OUR ideals and ideas, instead of promoting and defending military actions as OUR ideals and some twisted form of responsibility.
The only responsibility our military has is FOR America and not for someplace else.
What we are in currently is a vain attempt of some individuals blindly believing that they can change the world with their force of will without their investment in blood.
I'm tired of investing of America's most precious resources (OUR sons and daughters) into a quagmire of the only result is absolute victory.
How is this victory defined?
How are we going to do this?
Peace will only be established if the people wish it, choose it, and create it!
Just like we did over 200 years ago!
