Most come from Google, but the best targeted come from Twitter and Facebook.
We get a hell of a lot of hits from http://ffffound.com/
Google is the largest single source but most of the traffic comes from reffering sites
Google... first 'cause of the tags, second 'cause the images (bad or good, it bring several new visitors and detailed traffic analize says that they look more than the image, fortunately)
Google, Wikipedia. Twitter is not for traffic generation, jeez... Editor in chief huh? Wow, sounds impressive.

Different sites I manage have different answers - my own site is definitely Google, but most others is actually Facebook.
