Of course he should not be charged as an adult. He is not one. There are definitely serious crimes being committed every day that are heinous enough to be taken from the juvenile court to the adult arena. Awful crimes done to human beings and animals alike. This crime is not one of those and any one who thinks it is should have their head examined. No human being was killed. No gun was used. No child was abused or kidnapped. Monkeys on the endangered species list were taken from their habitat by a teen looking to commit a prank..He didn't abuse these animals or do anything cruel to them.. His intention was not to harm the monkeys. Their was no malice in his heart. No premeditation. It was a very foolish decision made by a teenage boy who should be held responsible as a teenage boy.

I definitely think that he should be charged as an adult. He committed a very adult & savage crime. I am a very avid animal lover and they are innocent creatures and no living creature should be treated badly. Imagine what he would do to a person. I think he should sit and rot in adult prison for a very very long time.
