John McEnroe is celebrated in commercials for his multitude of outbursts. This is the first time I've ever seen Serena lose her cool, give her a break.
She should absolutely be suspended. A true champion will accept a bad call, warranted or not, and move on. They will use their passion as fuel to move forward not scream obscenities, break their racket and then not take ownership of their action. The saddest part of it all is that Serena was getting beat- Serena could not keep up with Cliesters quick feet, powerful placement shots and fitness level. Serena marred her victory.
Kudos to Oudin and Cleisters for bringing class back into women's tennis.

Of course, they would love to see Serena get suspended. She's so good, they can't beat her any other way - except for Kim who played an incredible match (so congrats to Kim). But, I don't think a penalty should have cost her the match, especially when by ALL accounts she did not foot fault.

Respected yes, when respect is fair. Camera showed her feet did not touch the line. She should have been able to challenge the foot fault call. It's a sad but unfortunate incident. but suspended- no she's too much of a champion to be suspended.

I dont think she should be suspended because she didnt hit anyone she was just angry. She should be aloud to express how she feels.
