As an Evil HR Lady Reader, I read

Regularly (at least twice a week) and I work/used to work in HR

Regularly (at least twice a week) and I do not work in HR

Occasionally (at least once a month) and I work/used to work in HR

Occasionally (at least once a month) and I do not work in HR

Rarely. In fact, I hate this blog, so I only read to post nasty comments

This is my first visit and I wanted to vote anyway

Other because I enjoy being difficult.

My first post...

I don't think the poll capture all the options. I don't read you twice a week, but I certainly read you more than once a month.

Also, some other blogs: HRBartender, HRMorning, and KnowHR

This is my first time visiting your site. I am sure it won't be the last. I just "fell into" a gig where I am facilitating a HR Employability Lab for our local Department of Social Services. (I am the community college liaison, and therefore do not have any HRD experience aside from my own job searches.)

Our clientele are looking for entry level jobs and often do not have a high school diploma or GED and they do have a criminal background, often misdemeanors, but occasionally felonies. I am looking for resources to help these wonderful folk find those elusive jobs.

I'm one of those people who reads at least once a month, but isn't in HR. I just love your snark and wit, and you give awesome advice that is just as helpful to non-HR employees as it is to other HR professionals. Thanks for sharing your words of wisdom :)

I read often (sometimes every day) and am an HR Pro. I keep reading because you give good advice in an enjoyable format and I am enjoying your tails of internation relo.

I second Jennifer's post about KnowHR, also HR Capitalist is good as well as Great Leadership and the Three Star Leadership Letter. (Fistful of Talent, Compenstation Force, Cheezehead, Renegade HR, HR Bartender, Your HR Guy, and Renegade HR are also very nice).

I also must thank you - you were my very first HR blog and introduced me to the wonderful world of blogs - I'm really grateful.

I read often, though not every week. It's more or less like I visit and read the posts in bulk. I have enjoyed the case-let formats and the solutions you come up with. Though I may disagree at times.

Largely your blog has been an inspiration to start writing on my own. Cheers to you and your work!
