Should Nasal Narcan -- an overdose reversal drug -- be available to the public?

Yes, this should definitely be available to the public! This disease is killing so many people and it affects so many more who are loved ones of those dying & it is only getting worse. I guarantee that someone you know is affected by this even if they haven't said anything about it and, if you are not already, you more than likely will be directly affected eventually also. This is spreading so rapidly. We should be doing whatever possible to counteract it. This drug can save someone's life! It cannot be abused and is not dangerous. Someone not high on opiates could spray it into their nose and not be affected at all. There is no down-side to having this available to everyone. The more people who have this available, the more likely that someone overdosing will be treated quickly and be saved. It is just one more tool at fighting this horrible epidemic.
