Should RIM Offer System Status Notifications?
Dear RIM, PLEASE provide a status page/notification system to keep me in the loop if there is a service issue.
Dear RIM, Nah... I'm good. Just leave me in the dark waiting for the red LED to start flashing again. I enjoy the feeling of panic.
