I laughed when I read his resignation letter. Smear campaign?! All I saw were film clips of his own speeches and excerpts from his own book. The concern for me is how a president can appoint anyone he wants to any position of athority he dreams up having any amount of power the president assigns. Where is the checks and balances? The people need to know who is running this country. We don't have a clue and I personally don't have any trust because all the retoric of change has been so very misleading. I research everything I never take anyone's word for anything; but President has some far done anything he said he was going to do. I don't necessarily agree with everything but I don't agree with anyone about everything. He said he thought that President Bush's rescue of the banks did not go far enough and he would have done more he did. I don't agree but he did. He said he wanted to change health care and he's trying to even though I think there should be more done then he is doing. The President also said before being President that the Auto Co. should be balled-out and he did. Once again I don't agree but that's what he said he was going to do and did it. He also said he thought we needed a stimulus bill and he did I don't agree with not having more for roads and highways and that it should have addressed jobs now but he did what he said he was going to do. Yes I have read most of the bills. Once again bills are written in Congress and laws are made in Congress.

I don't know about you but my parents didn't ask my permission as to what my name should be especially since most people are named at birth. I also as a child didn't have a choice where my parents decided to live or send me to school. I think it's unreasonable for you to expect him too. The President has celebrated the Jewish Holidays the christian holiday and the Muslim holidays which whether or not your a supporter should be respected because this country consist of people of all religious backgrounds. Maybe other country won't be trying to blow us up if we stop putting down other religions. Our country was built on allowing others the freedom worship their religious beliefs. The concern for me is how a president can appoint anyone he wants to any position of athority he dreams up having any amount of power the president assigns. Where is the checks and balances? The people need to know who is running this country. We don't have a clue and I personally don't have any trust because all the retoric of change has been so very misleading. I research everything I never take anyone's word for anything; but President has some far done anything he said he was going to do. I don't necessarily agree with everything but I don't agree with anyone about everything. He said he thought that President Bush's rescue of the banks did not go far enough and he would have done more he did. I don't agree but he did. He said he wanted to change health care and he's trying to even though I think there should be more done then he is doing. The President also said before being President that the Auto Co. should be balled-out and he did. Once again I don't agree but that's what he said he was going to do and did it. He also said he thought we needed a stimulus bill and he did I don't agree with not having more for roads and highways and that it should have addressed jobs now but he did what he said he was going to do. Yes I have read most of the bills. Once again bills are written in Congress and laws are made in Congress.

I was not saying you don't respect all religions. I know his name because I have seen his birth ceritificate and announcement in the Hawaii Newspaper and I never been one to accept conspiracy theories without looking thing up myself and that includes the so called 9/11 theory that I don't believe. Yes he did encourage people to sign but as I said no one should sign anything without reading it first this includes dems, repub, or indep. For example as a child of a law enforcement officer I believe in the right to own a gun but not in a national park and I think with all the talk of roads and highways alot more should have been done. I also think that 2010 and 11 is too long to take to create jobs. Correct the president did not draft the stimulus bill. But don't you think he had a lot of control over it? I mean come on, why was he urging congress to vote on it without a chance to even read it. He did not change his name that is the name his mother and father gave to him. I don't know about you but my parents didn't ask my permission as to what my name should be especially since most people are named at birth. I also as a child didn't have a choice where my parents decided to live or send me to school. I think it's unreasonable for you to expect him too. The President has celebrated the Jewish Holidays the christian holiday and the Muslim holidays which whether or not your a supporter should be respected because this country consist of people of all religious backgrounds.
