I think that almost nobody want to go to ANY of those places.Quite frankly to be a tourist, to visits wonderful and beautiful places we have right here OUR GREAT NATION , UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!.
Only few weeks ago, I came from the Great State of Wisconsin at the Wisconsing Dells Area....there?....great people, great time, and like Wisconsin?,..so many others places here in our blessed land , trust me on this one.
Now we have an important taks, a very ceucial responsability for ENEMIES IF THE PEOPLE / ENEMIES OF THE STATE (The Obama Gang Chicago-Style Corrupted Admministration) are threating - and doing - to destroy our great country.
2010 and 2012 are years for to take our country back! Make a note on that one.
sincerely,

MY APOLOLGIES,..I did miss that Whitehorse, Yukon Territiry , and Appleton, Wisconsin, were there,...I just over-read too fast.
And so since they are in this great land of our, I definitely will visit them.
Respectfully,
Daniel Cabrera,

Greta - If I remember correctly - you are from Appleton, Wisconsin. My second choice would be Yukon Territory. My husband lived in Tehran during the Shah's time - but I'm not into going to places to suffer. I do admire you for getting out there so often.
I would like to travel more within the United States and I have never been to Appleton, WI. We need to help our own economy right here at home.
Greta, I chose Appleton because I have never been to Wisconsin. I have been to most of the 50 states, but not your state. I would have chosen Bangkok, but I have been there and loved it.
Tehran. I love their religion.
Pyongyang. Last time I went there I was able to pick up a couple of hotties.
I went with Appleton, because I missed Whitehorse. Either one of those would be good for me. ... The rest? ... Don't care to EVER EVER SEE THEM.
How about Australia, Alaska or Hawaii Greta??
I not only would like to see Appleton, I have looked into which large city I can fly into and not have to travel too far. You have whetted my appetite for some Appleton Beer, Greta. And yes I will mention your name when I get there.
I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THAT GOLD RUSH TOWN OF WHITEHORSE.Excuse the caps lock Greta,my bad.Next summer I want to rent a motorhome and travell the Alaska Hyway to Whitehorse then go to Ankorage AK (with a stop in Wassilla for a haircut at the beehive Palins hairdresser). Then taks a ferry to Prince Rupert British Columbia. Then another ferry to Vancouver Island, drive to Victoria. From there either the ferry to Seatle or to Vancouver.I am planning this trip,2 months 5,000 miles it will be a blast.
Wow!!! Kind of like asking, "how would you choose to be executed?" I've never done much SIGHT SEEING outside of the western USA and I never cease to be amazed. There are so many more places out here I would love to see for the first time and if I tire, I'd start over again. It's enough for me.
Appleton, WI
I'm from Minneapolis. Been to Appleton, great city to see, but I haven't seen
Whitehorse. Looking forward to see this place.
Obviously, most people choose a place where they can order a cuppa Joe in their own language...
FWIW: I miss The Hague.... :)
I have already been to Whitehorse and Appleton, so I voted for Damascus.
The list isn't very inviting. I picked India because I love their jewelry.
I picked Whitehorse, Yukon Territory as I've been there a couple times and love it, recently within the past few months... From there we took a day and rode into Skagway, Alaska USA...
I have no desire to visit those places overseas...
We just got home - rode over 20,000 miles across this great county of ours for 127 days which included 11 Canadian Provinces - all of this two up on a 2009 Harley...
USA is: Beautiful...!!! Awesome...!!! Fantastic...!!!
Where is none of the above?

Tehran. I love their religion.

Stick around France and the rest of Europe. Their cultures are being pushed out. Soon bells will ring 5 times a day throughout Europe forcing everyone to prayer. Muslim populations are exploding. U.S. can't laugh because we have Muslim terrorist schools right here some supported by Saudi money and others by taxpayer money. Everyone is too afraid of speaking out for fear of being called racist. Bells will be ringing here in 50 years for us also. If the pilgrims thought religious intolerance was bad in Europe way back when, wait until their decendents (you and I and our children) are faced with under Sharia law.
All of us can then sit back and ask how it happened and why we let it happen.
I at one time listened to a radio station in this wounderful little town in the mid 80's
I've been to Appleton, Little Chute, Neenah, Menasha, Fond du Lac, Kohlsville, Wayne township, Neosho, Kewaskum, Ixonia, Butte des Morts Milwaukee, Pound, Pulaski, Green Bay Stoughton, Menomonie, Superior, Cumberland, Platteville, La Crosse, Maiden Rock, Frederick, Grandview.....I've been everywhere man.
And by the way: a large portion of my original Wisconsin Ancestors are buried in Wayne township near Kewaskum. They were Swiss. So maybe I should call myself jbholycheesehead.
I am happy to stay put on the NA continent; but, after visiting Whitehorse YK, think I'll mosey on down to see Greta's town!
I narrowed it down to three:
North Korea - so few people from the free world have traveled to NK, so it would be the experience of a lifetime to see first hand the land captured in Greta's awesome photos.
Whitehorse- maybe a side trip to Alaska while there???
The winner is... Appleton, Wisconsin. Why? Cleo's of course! I want to see those Christmas decorations Greta is always talking about. I would also like to learn more about ThedaCare's hospital procedures. I lived in Wisconsin a few years ago and the people are very nice. Go, Packers!
I love Wisconsin and could even live there...gets a bit rowdy at the ball games but that's fun and to be expected. Married a man from the Northwoods of Wisconsin and love his family with all my heart. There is no place more beautiful for Christmas! I would also love to go to the Yukon. My aunt and uncle used to travel to Iran and Iraq "back in the good old days" as my uncle was a petroleum engineer. I once emailed the former empress of Iran a few years about her book and she so very kindly emailed back.
I would sort of like to go to India...because my neighbor is a first generation American. Her mom was a "war bride" and was raised in India as a descendent of an English Colonist there. I would love to see the Taj Mahal in Agra...but I doubt I would ever venture there because I've reached the age where I have become a grouchy traveller and I am not as adaptable as I was when I was younger.
I'd like to go back to India to visit. Met a lot of good folks there (years ago) Also curious about when the US annexed Canada?
