Do you think the 121st Avenue road-end beach is still a road or more like a recreational beach?



Road: The county made this for ingress, egress and transportation, not sunbathing. I wouldn’t picnic in the middle of a road.

Recreational beach: No one’s driving cars to the water’s edge. As long as people are respectful of the neighbors, they should be able to picnic or sunbathe.
