Our family had a blessed summer yet we were jolted and saddened by the immense tragedy suffered by friends and loved ones who were affected by the bus accident of First Baptist Church of Shreveport, Louisiana. I ache and mourn for my precious friends who lost their 12 year daughter and hurt in my heart for the other kids who were injured. I salute the Alabama National Guard for their amazing training and their immediate call to duty as they saved many kids and tended to the injured in this accident. It could have been so much worse.

Greta, I made a second trip to Alaska, and loved it as much as the first time. A nice summer, but gone too fast!

Felt it was not important during the financial crisis,Paying off all bills. and also cannot relax and enjoy anything while the republic is in jeapordy of being overtaken by huge Obama government!

Keeping up with the power grab in DC is stressing although the Tea Parties are fun. Started on vacation to the beach and totaled my motorhome. Can not afford to replace it in an Obama economy. Now my carbon footprint to too small.

Weather was too cool most of the summer to enjoy our pool and family. Nice weather, but certainly not warm enough. What happened to global warming? LOL

obama, Pelosie, Ried, and all the others with their "Kill them dead" health-care bill sort of put a damper on my summer. ... There is a more crude phrase for what these people could do to a good dream... but I'll refrain from saying it.

HEL# NO!! You can't have fun with a bunch of crazies trying to destroy our country!!! You end up spending all of your free time just trying to track what the communist are up to next.

I spent the greater part of my vacation time emailing and calling every single member of Congress, including the President. I am so completely stressed that no one has challenged this president's authority in the Supreme Court that I'm convinced that we're now living outside of our constitution. Obama and his group of thugs and slime have infiltrated every part of the government and are killing our soldiers on the battlefields while empowering groups of people with whom he has alligiance and completely taking over the US. I find myself wondering about taking all my money out of the banks and credit unions and converting all to gold and silver and leaving the US for some other place. I find this whole mess the most stressful thing because what I love and believe in is being destroyed. How very sad. How very, very sad.

An OK summer. Too hot, though, for about 6 weeks.
For some reason, economically, it was fine for me.
Stocks going back up (watch 'm grow!).

Over 60-100 degree days in San Antonio-hell no it hasn't been fun but its better than 60 days of Snow.

It's hard to have fun, when you know for a FACT, there is a Despicable, Corrupt, Lying, Mad man, in the Oval Office, who is purposely trying to destroy America, by turning it into Cuba.
