no - no - no -...the folks that are in control have not even sat down and looked at ways to reduce cost on an item by item agenda.....there are many many many ways to reduce the current costs, and ways to reduce the budget to comply with no tax increase....why I bet we could get a few of the day care children to figure it out...and we pay for this so called service.....
Some politicians continue to pretend that government can do its job without any need for taxes to pay for it.
