No, i really don't think it's the good time to sell !
If Twitter sells out to Facebook, which is notoriously, flagrantly disrespectful of peoples' privacy, I'll cancel my Twitter account and go looking somewhere else for the "next Twitter."
This is absolutely not the time to sell, especially to FaceBook. The two technologies have completely different value propositions. Because of its openness, Twitter offers so much more value than a closed environment like FaceBook. Twitter's evolution is just begining. To sell now would choke it and open the door for someone else to capitalize on what it has started.
